5. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required before work commences
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts
  • All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated

6. Project Changes and Cancellations

Changes to the project scope may affect the timeline and cost. Any significant changes will require written agreement from both parties. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. However:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites or applications
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services or hosting providers
  • Our services are provided "as is" without any implied warranties
  • We do not guarantee specific business results from using our services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webgenix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

We will treat all confidential information you provide as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
