The Challenge
3CEES Pharmacy was founded by Christine, an NHS Community Health Services Pharmacist in Lewisham, after she saw vital local health services disappear as pharmacies closed. The organisation combines an NHS community pharmacy with a not-for-profit arm that reinvests surplus into community wellbeing and runs CPD-accredited medication training for care staff.
The website had to serve several audiences at once: patients looking for NHS services such as Pharmacy First, prescriptions and vaccinations; families choosing between branches in Catford, Bellingham, Forest Hill and Croydon; and care homes looking for staff training. It also had to announce the new branch opening in Catford Shopping Centre, explain the not-for-profit model clearly, and meet the trust and accessibility standards expected of a healthcare provider.

Project Results
The Solution
We built a custom Laravel website with a friendly, accessible green-and-cream design and clear, answer-first content. The homepage introduces 3CEES Pharmacy and 3CEES Not-For-Profit Pharmacy, highlights free NHS advice with no appointment needed, and links straight to branch finder and opening announcements. Services are grouped into NHS Services, Locally Commissioned Services and 3CEES Services, covering Pharmacy First, the New Medicine Service, blood pressure checks, flu jabs, emergency contraception, travel vaccinations and care home support.
Dedicated sections cover Our Story, Not-For-Profit, Training, Our Team, Branches and a Blog for health advice, so patients and care providers each find what they need quickly. Location-rich content for Catford, Lewisham, Bellingham, Forest Hill and Croydon, together with Pharmacy and FAQPage structured data, helps 3CEES appear in local search and in AI assistants answering questions like "pharmacy near me in Catford". Opening hours and the phone number are visible on every page.
