The Challenge
7 Legends were organising a prestigious 7-a-side football tournament featuring well-known players and needed a digital platform that matched the energy and prestige of the event. Previously, team registrations were managed through WhatsApp groups and a shared Google Sheet — a system that had already lost them several confirmed entries when messages went unread or the sheet was updated incorrectly by multiple admins simultaneously.
The platform needed to handle the full event lifecycle — registrations, fixture generation, live results and leaderboards — without requiring technical input from the organising team during the tournament itself, when they have no time to troubleshoot anything.
