The Challenge
The recruiting agency was running candidate pipelines across three separate tools — a spreadsheet for candidates, a separate CRM for clients, and a third-party system for timesheets. Nothing talked to anything else, which meant consultants were spending two to three hours a day on data entry alone, and invoices were regularly going out late because timesheets had to be collated manually at month end.
The client also needed a way to give employers direct visibility into submitted candidates without copy-pasting candidate profiles into emails and losing track of feedback.
