Every blind category — roller, venetian, Roman, vertical, pleated — has its own page with detailed photography showing the product in realistic home environments, fabric and colour options laid out clearly, and a visible starting price so customers are not put off by fear of opaque costs before they have even enquired.

The quote request form asks for room dimensions, window count and preferred blind type, so the sales team receives qualified enquiries rather than speculative one-liners. A booking system for in-home measuring appointments syncs with the team's availability, eliminating the scheduling back-and-forth that was consuming half an hour per booking. The client reported that customers arriving at measuring appointments had already chosen their fabric in advance, shortening the average sales cycle from two visits to one.
